Myron Peter Balagno was born December 31, 1929 at Victoria, British Columbia, Canada and died September 2, 2003 at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  He was the son of Peter Joseph Balagno (1896-1982) and Myra Leighton Renwick (1899-1993).  He married Joyce Sunderland.
