Thomas Bradwell Barlow was born March 7, 1900 at England and died 1988, North Hampton, England.  He was the son of Sir John Emmott Barlow, 1st Baronet Barlow (1857-1932) and Anna Marie Heywood Denman (1873-1965).  

On July 8, 1943 he married Elizabeth Margaret Sackville-West (1911-1988), daughter of Hon. Bertrand George Sackville-West and Eva Adela Mabel Inigo Jones
