John Richard Bolender was born September 18, 1929 at Niagara Falls, New York, USA and died April 27, 1989 at El Paso, Texas, USA.  He was the son of George Elmer Bolender (1904-1978) and Myrtle Marjorie Cooper (1909-1979).  He married Nancy Carol Bilson (1928-2017)
