Minerva Agnes Cook (nee Hasson) was born 1860 at Sabula, Iowa, USA and died July 20, 1933 at Miles, Jackson, Iowa, USA.  She was the daughter of William N Hasson (1828-1903) and Ann Mckerlie (1828-1880).  On March 26, 1881 in Miles, Jackson Co., USA she married Andrew Jackson Cook (1857-1932).
