Agness Hyatt (nee McKerlie) was born 1800 at Stamford Twp., Lincoln Co., Upper Canada and died May 29, 1872 at Niagara Falls, ON., Canada.  She was the daughter of John McKerlie (1774-?) and Jane "Jenny" McMicking  (1777-?).  She married James Hyatt (1797-1883).
