Robert Roy "Rob" Cameron Maclellan, MPP was born March 8, 1934 at Melbourne, Australia.  He is the son of Roy James Maclellan (1885-1956) and Amy Catherine McMicking (1904-1976).  On June 22, 1963 at Melbourne, Australia he married Beverley Merrill Bonwick, MD (1936-2008).
