Alfred "Al" Lawrence McMicking was born October 30.1946 at San Fransisco, California, USA and died March 19, 2016 at Bend, Oregon, USA.  He was the son of Henry Alexander McMicking  (1918-2008) and Doris Birny.  In 1968 he married first Cathy A Jarvis (1936- ).  They divorced in 1970.  In 1979 he married second Lori A Miller (1956- ).
