Cuthbert Douglas McMicking was born March 30, 1882, St Kilda, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and died June 6, 1968, Hampton, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.  He was the son of Robert McMicking  (1826-1908) and Eleanor Jane Nicholson  (1845-1926).  On September 18, 1912, Parramatta, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia he married Sara Elizabeth Wise ( b. 11 June 1888, St Servan, Brittany, France – d. 25 August 1970, Australia).

5  William Murray McMicking  (1919-2000)

6  Thomas Fergusson McMicking  (August 26, 1921 - June 11, 2003)

    - married first Margaret Christina Macdonald  (1921 – 1971)

    - married second Jean Rosemary Black (nee Simmons)  (March 16,1928 - July 1,2012)
