Cyrus Eptha McMicking was born December 28, 1873 at Clifton, Ontario, Canada and died December 29, 1950 at Tonawanda, New York, USA.  He was the son of George Albert McMicking  (1849-1921) and Mary Anne Bowen (1848-1938).  In 1901 at Clifton (Niagara Falls), Ontario, Canada he married first Jennie Smith (1875-1904) *.  In 1907 he married second

Minnie McClellan (1877-1933).  

 

* Jennie Smith died giving birth to her son John Cyrus.  She was a Native American, full blood Ojibwa, born on the Sixth Nations Reserve at Brantford, ON., Canada.  Her father was John Smith, noted politician and Tribal Chief.
