William Henry "Howard" McMicking was the son of John Ewart McMicking (1832-1896) and Emily Elizabeth Gilchrest (1838-1881). He was the twin brother of Ida Jane McMicking. He was born on October 1, 1862 at West Flamboro, Wentworth, ON., Canada and died on October 3, 1942 at Dundas, ON., Canada.  On May 25, 1890 at Dundas, West Flamborough, ON., Canada he married Mary Jane Fulton (1867-1944).

Lillian May "Lillie" McMicking Morden (1890-1929) - married Edmund Morden  (1884-1925)

John Howard McMicking (1892-1974) 

Emily Elizabeth McMicking Nunnerley (1893-?) - married William V Nunnerley (1889-?)
