Elsie Isabella Morningstar (nee McMicking) was born January 5,1902 at Dundas, ON., Canada and died June 9, 1972 at Welland, ON., Canada.  Se was the daughter of James Stamford McMicking (1867-1932) and Mercia "Mercy" Jones (1881-1963).  She married Ellis Price Morningstar, MPP (1902-1982).
