Thomas Samuel Thorald Keefer was born July 4, 1875 at Aramanth, ON., Canada and died October 29, 1964 at Duncan, British Columbia, Canada.  He was the son of John Gilbert Keefer (1839-1928) and Sarah Bathsheba Mole  (1845-1921). On November 14, 1919 at Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada he married Laura Joanna Kerrigan (nee McNutt) (June 11, 1892, Boston, Mass, USA -  July 15, 1969, Cowichan, BC, Canada).
