Thomas Neil McMicking, Brigadier, Commander Black Watch,  was born March 17, 1932 at Miltonise, New Luce, Scotland  and died April 15, 1998 at Edinburgh, Scotland.  He was the son of  Maj-Gen Neil McMicking (1894-1963) and Margaret Winifred Landale (1903- ).  On September 21,1963 he married Belinda Boyle (Nov 10,1940 - ).
