Germain Nicholson "Winks" McMicking was born November 23, 1911 at St Kilda, Australia  and died November 9, 1990 at Moree, Australia.  He was the son of Germain Nicholson McMicking  (1870-1921) and Amy Sarah Cameron  (1870-1951).  in 1940 in Australia he married Jean Hamline Treweeke (1915-1972).
