Oscar Urson McMicking was born March 25, 1876 at Elora, Flamborough East, Canada West and died September 7, 1921 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  He was the son of  William Peterson McMicking  (1834-1912) and Mary Ann McDermid (1839-1902). On June 17, 1903 in Walkerville, ON., Canada he married Eva Elizabeth Woollatt (1876 -?).

2 John Colin "Jack" MacMicking  (1906-1970)

3 Herbert Alan MacMicking  (1915-1990)
