John Colin "Jack" MacMicking was born 1906 at Fergus, Flamborough East, Ont, Canada and died 1977 at St Catharines, Ontario, Canada.  He was the son of Oscar Urson McMicking (1876-1921) and Eva Elizabeth Woollatt (1876 -?).  He married Helen Isobel White (1913-2003).
