Hugh Howard Mitchell MD was born February 2, 1883 at Stamford, Ontario, Canada and died October 15, 1938 at Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.  He was the son of Hugh Mitchell (1844-1926) and Sarah Augusta McMicking  (1846-1926).  In 1915 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada he married Myrtle Sarah Acton (1889-1964).
