Elizabeth Bastedo (nee McMicking) was born 1776 at Schenectady, New York and died January 25, 1840 at Hamilton, Wentworth Co, Canada West.  She was the daughter of Peter McMicking (1731-1823) and Agness Robertson (1745-1827).  In 1796 in Stamford Twp., Welland Co., Upper Canada she married David Tice Bastedo, UEL (Dec 3, 1769-1834).
